Malta,Estate 2005, vacanza indimenticabile!Ho trascorso venti giorni in compagnia di questa fantastica famiglia ed è stato come essere a casa! Georges e Stefie sono eccezionali,la loro casa è spaziosa, pulita ed ospitale, le stanze sono luminose e ben arredate...e non parliamo poi delle prelibatezze che Stefie cucina...tutte le sere un menù diverso!?! L'atmosfera è molto serena, tutta la famiglia è sempre disponibile a scambiare due chiacchere in qualsiasi momento della giornata, aiutandoti a migliorare l'inglese, non ti farà mai sentire la nostalgia di casa!

Recordamos con mucho cariño nuestra estancia en Malta, gracias a la cercanía y al sincero interés que Stefanie, Georges, Ike y Leah nos mostraron. ::Viviendo con ellos sentimos ser parte de la familia, estar integrados. Son gente muy simpática y que realmente disfrutan hablando y conociendo a sus huéspedes. ::Malta es uno de los mejores destinos para aprender inglés, por su clima y la amabilidad de la gente. Vivir además con esta maravillosa familia asegura que la estancia va a ser como estar en casa, de verdad.

Ich besuchte die Insel Malta im Rahmen eines Englischsprachkurses zusammen mit meinem Vater im September 2001. Wir übernachteten in eimem geräumigen Doppelapartement im Haus der Familie Meekers. Es war eine tolle Zeit mit vielen :: interessanten Abendessen, bei denen wir unsere neuen Sprachkenntnisse beim lockeren Zusammensitzen anwenden konnten.

Hallo,::ich verbrachte hier auf Malta im Juli 2005 vier wunderschöne Wochen. Die Insel alleine ist schon richtig schön, aber die Insel in Kombination mit einem Aufenthalt bei den Meekers ist unschlagbar. ::Man fühlt sich sehr schnell wie zuhause. Das Haus ist groß, und es ist genügend Platz und alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlte wirklich an nicht. Die Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich umwerfend, genauso wie die Kochkünste von Stefanie, und nicht zuvergessen die maltesichen Weine von Georges. ::Ich fühlte mich hier wirklich sehr wohl. ::Grüße aus Deutschland

Je tient à remercier une fois de plus la famille Meekers qui mériterait de recevoir le grand prix mondial de la meilleur famille d’accueille. Les semaines que j’ai passées à la LOOZA étaient parfaites, accueille merveilleux, confort optimal, une cuisine qui fait pâlir les plus grands restaurants de Malte et la possibilité de pouvoir rencontrer des personnes de nationalités différentes. Surtout ne changez rien.

ciao sono andrea.sono stato a casa da george and stefanie questa estate e mi sono trovato benissimo.io da buon siciliano non mi accontento quando mi trovo a tavola ma a casa meekers mi sono dovuto arrendere alla cucina internazionale di stefanie.::Malta è bellissima ma basta poco per far si che si rovini una vacanza ma basta che scegli casa di george e tutto ti sembrerà più bello,spensierato...insomma più estivo!!la consiglio a tutti i miei conterranei e non solo(però lasciatemi una settimana libera!)

Stefanie, Du bist eine prima Köchin und ich denke oft an unsere abendlichen Unterhaltungen, die meinen Sprachaufenthalt noch abgerundet haben.

Ich war Pfingsten 05 bei der besten Gastfamilie der Welt.::Die 2 wochen bei den Meekers waren einfach traumhaft.::Es war alles perfekt, das Wetter war toll, das Essen sehr gut und die Familie einfach super.::Ich hoffe, dass ich irgendwann einmal wieder die Chance hab auf die kleine, schöne Insel und zu dieser Familie zu kommen::

Ich war 2005 bei Stefanie, george, ike und Leah. Es war wunderschön bei ihnen, so sehr, dass es mir sehr schwer fiehl, wieder nach hause zu fliegen.::Ich wegen einem Englisch Sprachkurs mit meiner Schulklasse auf Malta.::Als erstes war ich mit meiner Freundin bei einer anderen gastfamilie, aber bei denen war es nicht so schön. Gott sei dank sind wir dann zur fam. Meekers.::Sie haben uns sehr nett aufgenommen und sehr gastfreundlich.::Und es macht sehr viel Spaß mit Ike und Leah zu spielen, besonders Monopoly.::::Ich wünsch euch viel Spaß bei der Fam. Meekers und grüßt sie von mir! :)::::

1 week in Malta in June 2006.::It was only 1 week but I feel like I was there more..when I remember about Malta I always remember all of you! Con Voi mi sono divertito Molto in queste 3 settimane, scherzando con tutti e sopratutto sulle batute di Maicol, Boom Boom, to morning etc....::Sono Stato molto bene con questa ospite famiglia e spero di tornare l'anno prossimo.Bacione a tutti

Это очень удобное место для тех, кто хочет посещать курс английского при университете (5 минут пешком от дома). Довольно далеко от курортных мест St Julian's или Sliema (25 мин пешком или же 10/15 мин на автобусе). Поблизости от host family располагается довольно много продуктовых магазинов, но не крупных супермаркетов, есть отделение почты, банки. Сама семья настроена очень дружелюбно и будет готова вам помочь!

This is a very good accommodation for those who want to attend an English course at the university or to do their studies there (only 5 min. on foot from the host family). The house is situated in 25 min. on foot, or 10/15 min. by bus from the famous tourism-oriented centres St. Julian’s and Sliema. There are some food shops, a post office as well as banks in the area. The host family is very friendly and ready to help you! I had a very positive experience with the family and enjoyed my stay in beautiful Malta. J
