A very friendly outgoing couple who do their utmost to make guests feel at home.
Tanya is a very energetic woman with a very kind and understanding character. Her home is always kept very clean and tidy even though she works outside of the home.
Joe is interested in sailing and art and is always available for a friendly chat as he is semi-retired.
Their home is located overlooking the main street of San Gwann, close to the bus stop and all amenities.
San Gwann is served by buses going to many places especially if you go to the bus stops that are close by to the University and Mater Dei hospital.
The towns that are located the closest to San Gwann are : Sliema, St. Julian’s, Gzira, Msida, B’kara, Naxxar and Valletta.
The University of Malta and Mater Dei hospital are at approximately 15 minutes walking distance making it the ideal place to stay for Erasmus University students and Medical electives.
St. Julian’s is also located very close to this accommodation and it is possible to get there on foot in about 20 minutes.
At the moment Tanya is offering accommodation on self-catering basis (no meals included but you may make use of the kitchen)
The following services are included :
- Water and electricity are included
- Wifi internet connection is included
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- You may give your laundry for washing included in the rate
- Rooms are cleaned once a week
- You may make use of the kitchen to prepare your own meals (kindly leave it tidy after use)
- In a twin shared room you would share your room with another guest of the same gender
- If you book the room for single use you will have the room to yourself
- The Bathroom is shared
- You will be given a house key and will be free to come and go.
- Enquire for availability.
If you are planning to come to Malta for a long stay, you would benefit from applying for a bus card in order to pay cheaper bus fares when travelling around Malta.
