Vista apartment is a modern attractively decorated apartment located in a central town called Kappara, San Gwann close to Sliema, St. Julian’s, Valletta, Msida, Gzira, and Birkirkara. The University of Malta, the Life Sciences Park and the teaching hospital called Mater Dei, are at around 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Grocery stores (including a large Lidl Supermarket) and bus stops are also found within a very short walking distance. The bustling towns of Sliema and St. Julian’s are at a very short distance by bus. The capital city Valletta is also just 4 km away and is easily reached by bus.
This modern apartment comprises a spacious air-conditioned kitchen-living room with an adjacent balcony overlooking a courtyard, a bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds leading onto another balcony furnished with garden chairs and table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and fan oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster and all necessary pots, pans, and utensils. A washing machine is also available to do your laundry and the apartment has a fast Wifi internet connection.

The capital city Valletta is just 4 Km away (20 mins by bus) and the busy towns of Sliema and St. Julians are just 3 Km away. A bus terminus with direct routes to several locations in Malta is just down the road. It is ideally located for students and holiday makers alike.

- Vista Apartment is just a short walk down a country lane from the University of Malta and the teaching hospital called Mater Dei Hospital. No waiting for buses or public transport, which means a saving on bus fares and time for students.
- With the second largest bus terminus by Mater Dei and the University just down the road, the Island and its many sites are easily accessible by public transport. It’s easy and cheap to get round from here.
- Many coffee shops as well as food outlets are close by to our Apartment. Starbucks, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Cafe Cuba to name a few, are all within a short walking distance.
- There are also 3 gyms to choose from all within a short walking distance.
- Our National swimming pool which is heated during the winter time is also closeby.

- Shopping for groceries is also no problem, there are many supermarkets including a large Lidl supermarket, as well as little grocery shops to choose from.
- The lively towns of Sliema and St. Julian’s are located just 3 Km away and the Capital City Valletta is also just a short 20 minute bus ride away.
